The Gables Nursing & Residential Home is registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection to accommodate for 26 residents with nursing, residential & dementia needs with 2 places for people with physical disability needs.  The Gables conforms to all health & safety and fire standards and relevant codes of practise for the administration of medicines, we also have health care visits from dentist, chiropodist, optician and a weekly hairdresser.

Our main commitment to the Gables is the daily care of each resident, and to provide a cheerful and happy atmosphere for residents.

It is the policy of The Gables to supply a service of consistent quality to its resident.  This level of quality is achieved through the competence of the home to existing and potential service users and independent authorities.

All Staff are dedicated to giving a high service of care to all residents.  Each resident is looked after with his/her needs in mind.  They are encouraged to continue with their daily activities and to pursue their own interests.  A wholesome and healthy diet adhered to, at the same time, the likes and dislikes of our residents are taken into consideration.
